    • Customer Experience & Relationship Management

      Customer Experience & Relationship Management
      9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

How do you differentiate your business in the marketplace?

Start by creating a pitch your customer can’t resist!

Next, develop branding to have the impact you want and create trust when you tell your customer what you stand for (and how you help them stand for it too).

Learn how to tell your story as it pertains to the customer and what medium to use – will you use print, digital, or another?

By the end of this day-long workshop you’ll define how your customer interacts with you through the sales and product lifecycle, and the best way to manage that customer relationship to turn prospects into repeat customers. You will develop a customer experience that demonstrates you value them with every interaction and by understanding your customer and market, you’ll be able to develop a community of loyal brand ambassadors that will promote and grow your business.

**This course is offered on it’s own for the rate specified, or as part of our eight course ‘Business by Design’ series for $350 + tax/fees

    • Sales & Operations in a Digital World

Sales & Operations in a Digital World
      9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

This event is hosted over two days on Nov. 14th, and Nov. 16th, 2018.

How do you leverage technology to deliver your product or service and maximize revenue?

Too often we look at administration and operations as a cost driver and not as a revenue driver. Every customer interaction is an opportunity to increase value, so how do you ensure you’re on top of it all?

Over two days you’ll define your sales process and operations.

      You’ll learn:

      • How to leverage email, calendar, website and social media (Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn) effectively,
      • How to measure the success of and identify the best channels you will use to reach your customer, and
      • The difference between physical and digital stores (e-stores and Fulfilled by Amazon) including point-of-sale and inventory management best practices.

By the end of this two-day workshop you will have a clear idea of how to get your product in the hands of your ideal client, and the key resources, partners, activities and distribution channels required to do it. You will know what your key performance indicators are and how tomeasure them.

**This course is offered on its own for the rate specified, or as part of our eight course ‘Business by Design’ series for $350 + tax/fees

    • How to Price for Value

      How to Price for Value
      9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

Are you charging enough? If not, then what?

There are many ways to price a product or service, but the hardest and most desired is pricing for value. Every product or service has a value proposition - a job that the customer hires it to do. And how the product or service is delivered can increase or decrease that value.

During this one-day workshop you’ll take a closer look at your product or service and craft a pricing model to reflect the total value that your business model delivers to clients. Remember: More value is more potential revenue!

Next, you’ll look at ways to increase revenue from current customers. You’ll learn how to size the market and estimate willingness to pay. By the end of this workshop you will be confident that you’re setting prices based on what your customers are willing and capable to pay.

    • The Profit Equation

      The Profit Equation
      9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

What is the most profitable way for your business to operate?

Whether you’re a for-profit business or social enterprise, revenues have to exceed costs to stay in business. While the temptation to make a sale is great, making that sale could bankrupt you without understanding your profit equation.

During this one-day workshop you will deep-dive into the revenue and cost drivers of your business model. You will learn the difference between direct and indirect product costs. And you will attach dollar values to the activities and resources your business model requires that determine your profit equation.

Through this one-day workshop you will discover the key financial decisions and their risks any entrepreneur must make in the early stages of a new venture. You will be challenged to look at your business model and answer:

      • Should I outsource or do this activity myself?
      • Should I rent or buy?
      • Should I focus on product A or product B?
      • Am I comfortable with my take-home pay from this venture?

By the end of this workshop you will be able to quote and make a sale with confidence and know how the activities you do and resources you have impact your business’ profitability.
