Clee has over 25 years of diverse international business experience.  This has encompassed credit risk management, business consulting, community economic development, financial reporting, and business planning.

For several years, Clee has facilitated finance training workshops for entrepreneurs, as part of the Community Futures self-employment program.  He is passionate about helping entrepreneurs achieve their goals.

Nicole has been coaching, mentoring and training in the real estate industry for 30+ years – the skills learned there are fully transferable to any business. During that time she hired and trained, coached and mentored literally hundreds of realtors. She developed a Realtor’s Business Plan that is fully implementable and complete with Action Plan.

Over the past several years she has helped a number of South Okanagan entrepreneurs get their start; helping them take their businesses from the “great idea” stage to “open for business!”. In addition to supporting the creation and implementation of successful business plans, Nicole’s strengths are in the areas of Social Media, Overcoming Overwhelm, Time Management and the creation of Action Plans that allow entrepreneurs to get out of their own way and bridge the gap between their dreams and their reality.

Cathy became the Accounting Manager in August 2015, after receiving her Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Okanagan College in Kelowna. She grew up in the South Okanagan and is a strong believer in “Buy Local”. She is thrilled to be able to put her experience and abilities to use, for an organization that encourages growth and prosperity of the communities in our region.
